As a customer service agent, you are the first point of contact for our customers, including Chinese clients. You help them with questions about our products and services and ensure that problems are resolved quickly and professionally. You work together with colleagues from various departments and report to the customer service supervisor.

Over de functie

As a customer service agent, you are the first point of contact for our customers, including Chinese clients. You help them with questions about our products and services and ensure that problems are resolved quickly and professionally. You work together with colleagues from various departments and report to the customer service supervisor.

  • Handling customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and in-person meetings.
  • Providing accurate information regarding orders, products, delivery times, and services.
  • Resolving complaints and issues promptly and professionally in coordination with colleagues and relevant departments.
  • Collaborating with both national and international teams to ensure the smooth execution of shipments.
  • Investigating root causes of issues and identifying effective solutions.
  • Communicating resolutions to customers and ensuring appropriate follow-up when necessary.
  • Conducting follow-up calls with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Wat wij vragen

  • MBO+/HBO level of education and thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong command of both Mandarin and English, in spoken and written form.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable customer service role.
  • A strong customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and switch between diverse tasks efficiently.
  • Adherence to company policies and safety regulations (such as ISO, ARBO, etc.).
