As a Query Handling Specialist, you will handle, investigate, and resolve customer enquiries in an accurate, professional, and timely manner. Your work ensures high customer satisfaction and enables effective accounts receivable collection. You will act as a subject matter expert for billing and duty-related issues (including VAT) and support the resolution of complex queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer queries in line with agreed service standards.
Promptly and accurately log and update cases in the ERP system.
Promote self-service tools and/or address recurring issues at their root cause.
Liaise cross-functionally to coordinate billing adjustments when required.
Manage escalation processes and take ownership of resolution.
