We are looking for a detail-oriented FP&A Associate to join our finance team. In this role, you'll support financial planning and analysis across global operations, ensuring accurate insights to drive performance. You'll assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans, track KPIs, and help identify financial risks and opportunities. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in budget preparation, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans.
- Develop KPIs and financial metrics.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting processes.
- Identify financial risks and suggest recommendations.

- Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in global or e-commerce settings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and ERP systems
