Are you energized by working directly with clients and ensuring high service levels? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our customer relations team as a Key Account Coordinator supporting a major global technology client with roots in China.
In this role, you’ll be based primarily on-site at the client’s facility in Waalwijk, ensuring close collaboration and a high-touch service experience. You'll also be connected to a wider team of 40+ customer support professionals working across our hubs in Eindhoven and Houten. Your role will require strong interpersonal, administrative, and commercial skills. You’ll be the face of our company to this high-value customer, acting as their go-to contact for logistics coordination and issue resolution.
Your Mission:
Serve as the main point of contact for all customer interactions, overseeing shipments and logistics from start to finish
Build and maintain a long-term relationship of trust, offering tailored support and ensuring satisfaction at every step
Quickly identify issues, spot improvement areas, and proactively suggest solutions
Prepare customized service reports and performance overviews
Collaborate with customer teams both locally and internationally
Easily switch between stakeholders—from warehouse staff to clients—to get things done efficiently
Offer insights that help improve the customer’s internal systems and logistics performance
Wat wij vragen
You’re service-driven, professional, and know how to build and maintain strong business relationships
Comfortable working on-site with the client in Waalwijk at least 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from home or our Eindhoven office on other days
You have a higher professional education (HBO) level and an interest in logistics or commercial operations
You are fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus, not a requirement
You are confident, detail-oriented, and efficient with tools like Excel and ERP/WMS systems (e.g. SAP)
You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and think in solutions rather than problems

Salary between €3200 and €3800
