At Winsearch, we believe in a fair labour market. As an intermediary between employers and jobseekers, we take our social responsibility seriously. Everyone deserves a pleasant and safe working environment, where work is not only about income, but also about personal growth and meaningful contributions to society.

Diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities are central to us. Discrimination is absolutely unacceptable at Winsearch and goes against everything we stand for as an organisation. We are committed to making work more accessible, fair and personal for everyone - regardless of background or circumstances.

Our approach against discrimination

Our position is clear: we do not tolerate any form of discrimination. That is why we apply the following principles:

  • Discrimination on the basis of race, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, disability or chronic illness, political opinion, marital status, type of contract or working hours is completely inadmissible at Winsearch.
  • Every Winsearch employee receives our anti-discrimination statement and is trained in the Equal Treatment Act and how to deal with discriminatory requests.
  • Discriminatory requests from clients are resolutely rejected.
  • A central service desk has been set up for questions on anti-discrimination regulations.
  • Our legal department acts as a hotline for discriminatory requests.
