About the function
- Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- Manufacture high-precision components based on technical drawings.
- Program, adjust and optimize CNC programs.
- Produce single parts and small production batches.
- Carry out dimensional and quality checks.
- Identify and solve technical or production-related issues.
- Think along with improvements to machining methods and production processes.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the machining department.
What we need
- Proven experience as a CNC Milling Machinist or CNC Machinist.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Experience setting up and operating 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
- Experience with single-piece production and small series.
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good technical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for your work.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes.
- A hands-on mentality and ability to work well within a team.
What we offer
- €3,000 - €4,200 gross per month, depending on experience and knowledge.
- 32-40 hours per week.
