About the function
As Logistics Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily management of warehouse activities. You ensure efficient planning, optimal work distribution, and a motivated team.
Your tasks include:
- Managing, coaching, and motivating logistics employees
- Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity
- Ensuring efficient staff planning
- Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
- Monitoring and achieving KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines
- Actively contributing to process improvements
You will work in a two-shift system and maintain daily contact with other departments to ensure that operations run smoothly.
What we need
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in a logistics environment
- MBO working and thinking level
- Experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment is a strong advantage
- Good command of the English language
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Stress resistant and able to maintain an overview
What we offer
- Salary between €2,600 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience
- 24 vacation days + 4 ADV days
- 8% vacation pay
